About The Position

Float Medical Assistant

Become a part of our caring community The Medical Assistant is the first contact for patient care. Responsible for administrative responsibilities in addition to patient care. The Medical Assistant performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments. Typically work on semi-routine assignments. You will report to the Center Administrator. This is a float position and will require reporting to other clinics. Now offering $2,000 Bonus for Bilingual Medical Assistants who join our new Primary Care Clinics in Phoenix in 2026. The Medical Assistant discusses symptoms, obtains vital signs, administers medications and vaccines, performs phlebotomy, collects specimens, conducts screening tests, sterilizes equipment, maintains exam rooms, documents in electronic records, and collaborates with providers within certification limits. Requirements

• Certified or Registered
• Phlebotomy experience
• Medication/vaccine administration experience
• 1+ years MA experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR Certified
• Patient facing and run the Tuberculosis (TB) screening program

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years MA experience in PCO center
• Value Based Care experience including knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS Patient Experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish - must pass proficiency exam prior to foreign language communication
