About The Position

Innovative Pain Care (IPC) is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant to work across their Mount Pleasant and Franklin, WI clinics. This role involves preparing patients for examinations and procedures, assisting healthcare professionals with patient care, maintaining medical records, and ensuring a safe and organized environment. The position requires travel between clinics as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working as a Medical Assistant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as individually

Nice To Haves

• Completion of MA program
• Ability to read manual BP

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, including taking vital signs and collecting specimens.
• Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain accurate and efficient medical records and update patient information as needed.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns and inquiries.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
