Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical or administrative role, preferred.
- Certification in Medical Assisting (CCMA, CMA, RMA, or ROT), preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain clean, well-stocked exam rooms for patient visits.
- Collect patient information including medical history and vital statistics.
- Educate patients on orthopedic care, cast care, traction care, and appliances.
- Assist physicians with orders, schedule appointments, and coordinate surgeries.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to calls and triaging needs promptly.
- Maintain organized, efficient patient flow throughout the clinic.
