About The Position

Hiring Now for Full Time Medical Assistant for Innovative Pain Care (IPC). This is a full-time position requiring availability between 7 AM - 5 PM, with potential schedule variations. The role involves working onsite and requires the ability to travel to Franklin, WI, and Mt. Pleasant, WI.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working as a Medical Assistant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as individually

Nice To Haves

• Completion of MA program is preferred but not required
• Ability to read manual BP is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, including taking vital signs and collecting specimens.
• Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain accurate and efficient medical records and update patient information as needed.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns and inquiries.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
