About The Position

Saint Luke's is offering a 10-week paid Medical Assistant Cohort Program designed to provide the education, hands-on training, and support needed to become a successful Medical Assistant. Upon successful completion of the cohort, participants will transition into a full-time Medical Assistant position with ENT Plaza. This opportunity allows you to apply the skills learned during the program while becoming an integral part of a primary care team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. The program includes classroom instruction, skills development, hands-on clinical training, and orientation within an assigned clinic. This is an intensive full-time training program with mandatory attendance Monday through Friday throughout the entire 10-week cohort. Participants must successfully complete all training requirements. Upon successful completion, participants will transition directly into a full-time Medical Assistant position within Saint Luke's Physician Group at their assigned home clinic.

Requirements

Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross certification.

Responsibilities

Successfully complete all classroom, clinical, and clinic-based training requirements.
