About The Position

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, you will work at UW Health 9th St. Clinic 209 9th St. Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential, Overtime, On-call pay. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Associate degree or Medical Assistant program or a minimum of 5 years experience in addition to military training.
At least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting.
AAMA certification is required upon hire or verification of a passing score on the AAMA certification exam and subsequent AAMA certification obtained within 90 days of hire.
Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.

Nice To Haves

Computer experience.

Responsibilities

Laboratory and phlebotomy training required within 30 days of hire.
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
Active RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification must be maintained.
Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
