About The Position

Integrated Dermatology is a leading national dermatology practice that acquires and partners with dermatology practices across the United States. The culture at ID is a reflection of its people. Our environment is filled with hard-working, dynamic individuals who come together to ensure the success of our partner dermatologists. Greet patients and visitors with a customer service mindset. Register patients in the practice management system. Confirm all appropriate paperwork and demographic information is correct. Collect identification and insurance cards, copayments, patient balances and have an understanding of medical insurance. Schedule and create appointments for patients. This includes over the phone, in person and at check-out. Answer incoming calls, make outgoing calls, redirect calls, check voicemails and answer messages. Receive packages to distribute, mail letters, make copies, send or receive medical records, send or receive referrals. Answer incoming calls and provide patients with excellent customer service at all times. Maintaining a clean and tidy front desk reception area.
