What is available: .6 FTE, 48 hours bi-weekly Monday through Friday (no weekends or holidays!) Requirements
- Graduate of a Medical Assistant program, Practical Nursing program or Vocational Nurse program or have completed education to be eligible for NCLEX-PN Or High School Diploma or equivalency and attained a Medical Assistant Certification
- BLS for healthcare workers
- Medical Assistant Certification within 15 months of hire date.
Responsibilities
- Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients by greeting them with a warm and welcoming smile and setting the tone for their appointments
- Support providers in caring for patients with sports-related injuries.
- prepare exam rooms and assist with clinical procedures.
- Update patient information in charting systems
- Take vitals
