About The Position

Corewell Health is seeking a dedicated and flexible Medical Assistant (MA) to join their Holland ICC Walk-In Clinic team. This role supports two full-time providers in a fast-paced walk-in clinic environment serving patients of all ages. The position requires strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to provide compassionate care to pediatric, adult, and older adult patients. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program that includes hands-on, in-person clinical skills OR a minimum of one (1) year of experience working specifically in the role of a Medical Assistant, LPN, Paramedic or EMT performing direct patient care and clinical support functions consistent with an MA scope of practice Required
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required within 90 Days
• One of the following Required within 120 Days: AAMA Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), AMT Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), NHA Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA), NCCT Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA), NAHP Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA)

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of relevant experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting Preferred

Responsibilities
