About The Position
Under general supervision, performs a dual role as both a medical assistant and front office assistant with the primary focus as a medical assistant.
Requirements
- BLS/CPR required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Prior experience with obtaining patient vitals
- Prior experience with various waived lab testing
- Prior experience performing EKGs
- Prior experience with injections
- Prior experience with phlebotomy
- Prior experience updating and maintaining healthcare records
- Prior experience with patient transport
- Prior experience with wheelchair safety
Nice To Haves
- Medical Assistant Certification preferred
Responsibilities
