About The Position

This is a temporary-to-hire position for a Medical Assistant, specifically for an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) practice. The role requires the ability to float between clinics in Seattle, Renton, and Bothell, WA. The candidate must have reliable transportation, as public transportation is not sufficient for the required travel between locations. Experience with computer skills and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is necessary, as scribing during patient visits is part of the duties. This position is strictly for local candidates within a 50-mile radius and has a temp-to-perm expectation.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience working as an MA.
• Previous clinical experience.
• ENT experience is REQUIRED.
• BLS certification.
• Good computer skills/EMR experience.
• Reliable transportation (not public transportation).
• No additional scheduling restrictions.
• Must be a local candidate within a 50-mile radius.

Nice To Haves

• MA-C certification is preferred.
• MA-R with previous clinical experience will be accepted.
• EPIC charting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as a Medical Assistant in an ENT practice.
• Float between First Hill, Renton, and Bothell clinics as per the schedule.
• Provide scribing during patient visits.
• Utilize computer skills and EMR systems.
• Maintain reliable transportation for travel between clinics.
