We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our Orthopedic Sports Medicine team located at 77 Guest Street in Brighton, MA (Boston Landing). This will be a 40-hour position on-site Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Mass General Brigham Sports Medicine at Boston Landing, led by world-class specialists, offers comprehensive care for sports-related injuries and orthopedic conditions, based on innovative research and utilizing cutting-edge technology. Services include same-day care at the Orthopedics Walk-in, a Sports Medicine medical clinic, sports physical therapy, sports concussion care, sports nutrition counseling, sports cardiology, and the National Running Center for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of running injuries. The role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow. This role involves direct interaction with patients to ensure their comfort and address concerns, as well as collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to facilitate efficient care.
