About The Position
This Medical Office is seeking an outreach coordinator to support the Wellness team with outreach to medicare patients. They will support company initiatives to get medicare patients in for wellness checks, annual physicals, and book appointments with specialists as needed. They must be comfortable handling patient outreach and performing data entry as needed.
Requirements
- MA Cert or Diploma
- Comfortable handling patient outreach
- EMR Experience
- Outbound Calls
- Patient Scheduling
