About The Position
UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking a Medical Assistant for their Family Medicine General practice at the Woodward Health Center. This is a 100% FTE position, working Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care within a clinic setting and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Associate degree program or Medical Assistant program or have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- At least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting.
- RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification is required upon hire.
- Bi-Annual CPR certification.
- Active RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification must be maintained.
