About The Position

This role focuses on facilitating seamless patient transitions by conducting clinical interviews and capturing vital signs to ensure the care team has the most accurate data for diagnosis. The Medical Assistant will optimize clinical workflows by preparing and maintaining sterile, organized treatment rooms that allow physicians to focus entirely on patient care. They will also coordinate patient care journeys by managing clinical records and communications with precision, ensuring no detail of the treatment plan is missed. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a high-standard care environment by managing medical inventory and supplies, ensuring the team is always equipped to provide immediate patient support.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.
  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
