About The Position

The Medical Assistant (MA) will support the Provider team with one-on-one patient visits and patient flow in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing patients, instruments, equipment, and paperwork for clinical visits. The MA will also assist with phlebotomy, administer immunizations, perform vision and hearing exams, schedule appointments, and document patient information in electronic medical records and practice management systems. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Certification preferred for MA
• Medication Aide Certificate
• Current BCLS and Mandatory Reporter certification.
• Solid computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Multi-Physician Family Practice experience preferred.
• Electronic Medical / Health Records (EMR) experience a definite plus.
