About The Position
The IMA Group is hiring a Medical Assistant to support non-diagnostic medical evaluations in a structured environment with predictable hours and a strong work-life balance. This full-time role offers scheduled hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with some Saturday coverage required, planned in advance. The position involves recording patient information, supporting providers during exams, performing standard medical procedures, and ensuring exam rooms are prepared and compliant.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hands-on clinical experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- MA certification is a plus, not required
Responsibilities
- Record vitals, medical histories, and patient information
- Support providers during exams and assessments
- Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and other standard procedures
- Ensure exam rooms are prepped and compliant with standards
- Assist with patient coordination and documentation tasks
