About The Position
Medical Assistant Full-Time | In-Office Position Location: Northside Office – Coastal Health Coastal Health is seeking a dependable and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing team at our Northside office. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and committed to providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced medical environment.
Requirements
- Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred
- Certification preferred but not required
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy medical office
- Professional and team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Assist providers with patient care and procedures
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies
- Document patient information accurately in the EMR system
- Administer injections and perform basic clinical duties as permitted
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with scheduling when needed
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
