Medical Assistant

Neko HealthMiami, FL
Onsite

About The Position

Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives. You're the person the clinic can rely on when it's busy — not because of seniority, but because of how you show up. Calm when the pace picks up. Consistent when things get hard. The kind of person colleagues quietly lean on, and members remember. As an Operator at Neko, you'll be the welcoming face of our clinic and a key contributor to our preventive care model. You'll guide members through their visit, perform high-quality clinical assessments, and ensure every interaction reflects genuine care — not just an efficient process.
