About The Position

This role focuses on supporting the clinical team in an Occupational Medicine department. The Medical Assistant will guide the patient experience by interviewing patients and capturing vital signs, prepare healing environments by managing treatment rooms, support clinical excellence by assisting physicians and nurses with real-time treatments, maintain continuity of care by documenting patient journeys and managing records, and optimize clinic flow by managing medical supplies and administrative tasks.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
