About The Position
The Medical Assistant (MA) assists the practice manager and physicians in maintaining a patient/customer focus, supports the delivery of high-quality care, shares a passion for patient and customer centered care, and assists in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction and financial/operational targets. The MA provides patient care through performance of patient preparation, interviewing, technical tasks, and patient/family communication. Looking for candidates who need minimal training and is able to come in and contribute to practice immediately.

- Previous EPIC experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assists the practice manager and physicians in maintaining a patient/customer focus.
- Supports the delivery of high-quality care.
- Shares a passion for patient and customer centered care.
- Assists in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction and financial/operational targets.
- Provides patient care through performance of patient preparation, interviewing, technical tasks, and patient/family communication.
- Must work up until the Physician is completed with all patients, staying beyond their end time to finish out the day if/when needed.
- Attend 4-hour EMR training on Fridays (Virtual).
