About The Position

Chicago ENT is seeking experienced, Polish-speaking Medical Assistants (MA) to partner with providers and ensure prompt, accurate, and compassionate patient care. This role offers an opportunity to grow skills in a unique and comprehensive ENT care setting. The position reports to the MA Lead and is located at our Resurrection location. This is a part-time role with a schedule that may include Monday AM, alternating Tuesdays, Wednesday PM, and full days on Fridays, not to exceed 25 hours per week. The schedule can range between 7 AM and 7 PM, potentially across 5 days including Monday to Friday. The Medical Assistant must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalent
Current CPR Certification required
Must be able to speak and understand POLISH
Ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment

Nice To Haves

Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program preferred
Minimum of two years clinical experience preferred
Previous surgical experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assisting Physicians, Mid-Level Practitioners, and Registered Nurses with patient evaluation, management, and treatment in an ambulatory care setting.
Maintaining patient flow and the upkeep of exam and treatment rooms.
Performing basic skills such as vital signs and point-of-care testing.
Administering intramuscular injections, immunizations, and over-the-counter medications under the direction of a Physician.
Being cross-trained over time in all specialties and ancillary services including ENT, Sleep, Allergy, Cosmetic, CT, and Triage.
Being available to work scheduled hours and travel between all office locations where their assigned provider hosts clinic.
