About The Position

Become a part of our caring community. This is an onsite outpatient clinic located in Spartanburg, SC. You will perform clinical duties including, but not limited to: Discussing symptoms and obtaining vital signs, Medication and vaccine administration, Phlebotomy and specimen collection, Sterilizing and cleaning equipment; maintaining examination rooms, and Accurately documenting patient information in the electronic medical records system. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with patients in English and Spanish. Use your skills to make an impact.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a Medical Assistant program with required certification as a CMA or RMA.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR certification
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required); must pass a proficiency exam before foreign‑language communication
• Phlebotomy experience
• Medication and vaccine administration experience
• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• Value‑Based Care experience, including knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS
• Patient Experience
