About The Position
This role is for a Medical Assistant in Primary Care at Ascension Medical Group in Barrington, IL. The Medical Assistant will administer immunizations, injections, blood draws, and perform laboratory work. They will collaborate with the healthcare team, maintain patient records, and assist providers with procedures. The schedule is full-time, day shift, with specific hours Monday through Friday and two Saturdays per month.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Training and/or experience to give vaccinations and injections is a must.

- Medical Assistant preferred.
