About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant for an exciting Travel or Local job in Battle Creek, MI. This is a contract position for 18 weeks, with a Day Shift schedule that varies, working 5 days per week, 32–36 hours per week. Requirements
- 2–3 years of Medical Assistant experience
- Phlebotomy and EMR experience required
- EKG and POC testing experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
Responsibilities
- Room patients and take vital signs
- Perform phlebotomy/venipuncture and EKGs
- Conduct point-of-care (POC) testing
- Assist with clinical and administrative duties
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Maintain EMR documentation
