Daily responsibilities include: Rooming patients, collecting medical history, and taking vital signs Preparing exam rooms and assisting physicians during procedures Providing injection training and administering injections as needed Coordinating patient flow and managing clinic efficiency Supporting patient check-in/check-out and scheduling Educating patients on next steps, medications, and treatment plans Communicating lab results and physician instructions Managing orders, prescriptions, and patient materials Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA/OSHA

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant certification
  • Experience in a clinic, outpatient, or specialty setting (fertility/OB/GYN is a plus)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
