About The Position

The Medical Assistant is the first contact for patient care. Responsible for administrative responsibilities in addition to patient care. The Medical Assistant performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments. You will report to the Center Administrator at the Wildflower Clinic. Now offering a $2,000 Bonus for Medical Assistants who join our new Primary Care Clinics in Phoenix in 2026. Position hourly range $22.00 - $26.00 an hour DOE. The Medical Assistant discusses symptoms, obtains vital signs, administers medications and vaccines, performs phlebotomy, collects specimens, conducts screening tests, sterilizes equipment, maintains exam rooms, documents in electronic records, and collaborates with providers within certification limits. Requirements

• Complete a MA school/training program or a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or 5+ years of experience and approval from Provider
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR Certified

Nice To Haves

• Certified or Registered
• Phlebotomy experience
• Medication/vaccine administration experience
• 1+ years MA experience
• Value-based care experience including knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS Patient Experience
• Bilingual proficient in English and Spanish - must pass proficiency exam before foreign language communication
