Requirements
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Ongoing skills validation
- Computer proficiency, preferably in a medical office setting
- Exceptional customer service, communication, organizational skills, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Prepare exam rooms, assist patients, and document care details.
- Perform CLIA-waived lab tests and venipuncture, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Conduct EKGs, vision, and hearing screenings under provider guidance.
- Support providers, perform medical scribe duties, and handle medication prior authorizations.
- Administer vaccines per protocol, report incidents, and ensure safe patient care.
- Monitor supplies, manage electronic documents, and assist with office tasks.
