About The Position

The Medical Assistant will work in Endeavor Health’s Immediate Care service at 199 W Rand Rd in Mount Prospect. This is a full-time, 38-hour-per-week role with rotating holidays and every-other-weekend coverage. The schedule includes weekday hours between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., weekend hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and a mix of 12-, 8-, and 6-hour shifts. Travel to local Immediate Care and Walk-in Clinic locations in Buffalo Grove, Kildeer, and Schaumburg is required as needed. The role requires flexible hours to meet operational needs. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association for healthcare providers.
Current certification or registration through one of the following: American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA), American Medical Technologies (AMT), National Center for Medical Assistants (NCMA), American Medical Certification Association (AMCA), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), or National Health Career Association (NHA).
Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Ability to travel to local Immediate Care and Walk-in Clinic locations as needed and work flexible hours, rotating holidays, and every other weekend.
