Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor and Medical Assistant Lead, the Certified Medical Assistant works with the practicing Medical Provider assisting in the daily patient care duties of assessment, treatment, and patient education in the clinic setting. Prepares medications for in-office procedures, performs bandage/dressing changes, suture removal, brace fitting, cast removal under the specific and direct supervision of the practicing Medical Provider. Also, performs clerical and receptionist duties as assigned. Maintains a working relationship with the registration, business office, other clinical office staff, and Providers of Klamath Orthopedic Clinic.
