Responsibilities
- Following nursing protocols and ExperCARE Experience Touchpoints with every patient, every time while balancing accuracy with timely delivery of our services.
- Accurately inputting patient information into EMR system
- Using empathy to fully understand patient needs by asking questions and consistently providing complete and accurate solutions on the first visit
- Must be open and flexible with work availability, into early evenings and weekends
