Our General and Oncologic Urology practice provides a collaborative, team-based environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care across a wide range of urologic conditions. The clinical team consists of Nursing Technicians (NTs), Medical Assistants (MAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs), with a strong emphasis on working at the top of certification or licensure. Clinical team members play an integral role in patient experience and are involved in a variety of direct patient care and procedural support responsibilities. This role offers excellent opportunities to develop specialized urology skills while working closely with physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Team members are encouraged to actively contribute to patient care, utilize their full scope of practice, and participate in a culture of collaboration, learning, and professional growth. Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area.
