About The Position
Bethany Medical, an established Independent Multi-Specialty Practice, is seeking a CMA/RMA to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual responsible for performing patient interviews, measuring vital signs, performing phlebotomy, administering injections, performing EKGs, and recording patient information. This role also involves preparing treatment rooms and collaborating with providers and staff to ensure quality patient care. The position is based in Winston-Salem, NC, with travel required to Mt. Airy to accompany a Provider.
Requirements
- CMA- Certified Medical Assistant (verified through AAMA, American Association of Medical Assistants) OR RMA- Registered Medical Assistant (verified through AMT, American Medical Technologists) OR NCMA- National Certified Medical Association (verified through NCCT, National Center for Competency Testing) OR ABR-OE- Assessment-Based Recognition in Order Entry (verified through AAMA, American Association of Medical Assistants)
- Must obtain required certification within 6 months of hire if not already possessed.
- 1+ years of experience in Family Practice, Neurology, Pain Management, and Internal Medicine is preferred.
