About The Position

The Medical Assistant Trainee Program is a fast-track pathway into frontline patient care, combining full financial support, hands-on experience, and paid training that prepares you to become a certified Medical Assistant. Requirements

• Must be ready to step into a meaningful healthcare career.
• Must be motivated to pursue a career as a Medical Assistant.
• Must be interested in the Medical Assistant Trainee Program.
• Must be able to see yourself in healthcare in the next 2-3 years.
• The first 4 weeks of the program require in-person training in La Crosse, WI.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid, hands-on experience while completing education.
• Transition into a Medical Assistant role upon program completion and certification.

• Starting wage: $19.20/hour as a MA Trainee
