About The Position

Ascension Medical Group is seeking a Medical Assistant for their Sleep specialty in Wichita, KS. This is a full-time, day shift position. The role involves guiding the patient experience by interviewing patients and capturing vital signs, preparing healing environments by managing treatment rooms, supporting clinical excellence by assisting physicians and nurses, maintaining continuity of care by documenting patient journeys, and optimizing clinic flow by managing supplies and administrative tasks.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
