Requirements
- Current MA certification in the state of WA.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum two years of medical office experience.
- Proficiency in general office duties and contracted insurance plans.
- Excellent data entry, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong telephone and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and EMR software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA policies.
Nice To Haves
- Dermatology experience is a plus.
- Biologics and MOHS experience is a plus!
- Candidate willing to travel preferred.
Responsibilities
- Taking detailed medical histories, providing compassionate support, and ensuring patient comfort.
- Accurately transcribing provider notes and maintaining comprehensive patient records, allowing providers to focus on patient needs.
- Assisting with medical procedures, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring a smooth patient flow.
- Working closely with providers and front office staff to coordinate patient visits and ensure effective communication.
- Expanding your medical knowledge and building upon your clinical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
