Your Role: As a Medical Assistant/Scribe at Clear Choice Dermatology, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality care. You'll be responsible for: Patient-Centered Care: Taking detailed medical histories, providing compassionate support, and ensuring patient comfort. Efficient Documentation: Accurately transcribing provider notes and maintaining comprehensive patient records, allowing providers to focus on patient needs. Clinical Support: Assisting with medical procedures, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring a smooth patient flow. Team Collaboration: Working closely with providers and front office staff to coordinate patient visits and ensure effective communication. Continuous Learning: Expanding your medical knowledge and building upon your clinical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Current MA certification in the state of WA.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of medical office experience.
  • Proficiency in general office duties and contracted insurance plans.
  • Excellent data entry, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong telephone and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and EMR software.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA policies.

Nice To Haves

  • Dermatology experience is a plus.
  • Biologics and MOHS experience is a plus!
  • Candidate willing to travel preferred.
