Your Role: As a Medical Assistant/Scribe at Clear Choice Dermatology, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality care. You'll be responsible for: Patient-Centered Care: Taking detailed medical histories, providing compassionate support, and ensuring patient comfort. Efficient Documentation: Accurately transcribing provider notes and maintaining comprehensive patient records, allowing providers to focus on patient needs. Clinical Support: Assisting with medical procedures, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring a smooth patient flow. Team Collaboration: Working closely with providers and front office staff to coordinate patient visits and ensure effective communication. Requirements
- Current MA certification in the state of WA is preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Two or more years of medical office experience is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in general office duties and contracted insurance plans.
- Excellent data entry, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong telephone and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and EMR software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA policies.
