About The Position
Clinical Care Delivery provides high quality, patient-centered care focused on diagnosing, treating and managing care while ensuring the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of the practice. To improve patient care and patient satisfaction, a new employee can help the doctor see more patients, reducing wait times and increasing patient access and patient care. This position will give you the opportunity to work closely with our team of Radiologists.
Requirements
- 3 years of solid Medical Assistant experience, required
- Medical Assistant diploma required
- Must have experience with Medical Terminology - reading and writing skills
- Ability to multi-task a fast-paced work environment
- Must be available to work a M-F work schedule
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Take vitals and room patients
- Assist during medical procedures
- Request and obtain necessary clinical documents for patients' chart
- Organize examination rooms
- May assist in verifying patient insurance, assist with voicemail and returns calls accordingly
- Communicate with providers, staff and patients.
