About The Position

The Quality Support Associate is a key contributor to our Quality Department, helping to ensure compliance, training, and continuous improvement efforts. Reporting to the Director of Quality, this role partners with the Quality Improvement Specialist on critical projects such as CPR training, PAC, and EAGLE. You'll manage training records in Relias, conduct audits, administer vaccinations and TB testing, and support internal quality initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of Medical Assistant training
  • Minimum 1 year of experience administering vaccinations and TB tests
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job-related travel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ADP, Relias, and Point Click Care (PCC)
  • Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage TB and flu vaccinations for new hires and annual updates
  • Maintain onboarding logs and document training session attendance
  • Upload training and medical records (e.g., CPR, TB tests) to HRIS platforms such as ADP and Relias
  • Audit employee training records to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct quality rounds and identify opportunities for training improvements
  • Coordinate COVID-19 testing and reporting to NHSN and EMResource
  • Maintain Relias training data and class schedules
  • Conduct CPR classes and support on-site training events
  • Lead new hire "Meet and Greet" sessions
  • Assist in organizing flu and TB clinics for staff and residents
  • Provide logistical support for training and compliance projects
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives alongside the Quality Team
