At Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS), we are seeking a Medical Assistant/PSS Float for Radiation. Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a medical assistant in a clinic or physician’s office.
- Ability to perform venipuncture.
- BLS required upon hire or must be obtained within 30 days of employment (FCS will provide BLS course within first 30 days).
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driver’s license for travel to clinics
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and nurses with medical procedures.
- Support clinic nurse, responsible for chart prep functions and phlebotomy.
- Responsible for all duties of Medical Assistant.
