Assist physicians with medical procedures in office. Responsible for phlebotomy, laboratory testing, quality control, instrument troubleshooting, and maintenance. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. The ideal candidate will have one year of experience as a medical assistant in a clinic or physician's office with the ability to perform venipuncture. Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, customer service, and self-management skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and EMR systems is required. The position involves travel of less than 25% and standard core workdays are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts based on operational needs.
