In our patient-centered and outcome driven environment the Medical Assistant supports patients in office with duties in-office such as rooming patients, obtaining medical history and taking vital signs as well as ensuring care beyond the moment by coordinating care, supporting extended care team efforts and conducting proactive outreach to improve outcomes and patient experience. The MA also provides direct support to the Upperline Plus Primary Care Provider to ensure smooth clinical operations and effective team-based care. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and comfortable working at the top of their scope in a team-based care model. As Upperline continues to expand, this individual will be able to explore a wide range of career opportunities within the company. Most importantly, candidates must demonstrate compassion for patient needs, have great attention to detail and thrive in a collaborative environment. This position will be on-site in our Hixson, TN office.
