About The Position
GameDay Men’s Health helps men optimize their health and energy through safe, effective testosterone and wellness treatments. Our clinics provide a professional yet relaxed environment designed to make patients feel comfortable — think man-cave meets medical clinic. We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to join our Sarasota team. This role is full-time (Mon–Fri, 8–5). You’ll work directly with patients and providers, helping men feel their best while developing your clinical skills in a supportive, upbeat environment. Attendance and reliability are essential to the success of our clinic. As a small, team-oriented practice, every team member plays a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and maintaining smooth daily operations. We depend on each employee to be punctual, dependable, and committed to showing up as scheduled. Requirements
- Phlebotomy experience required
- Medical Assistant or related clinical background (urology, family practice, med-spa, hormone therapy, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable in a small clinic setting
- No active or pending malpractice cases
Responsibilities
- Perform phlebotomy (blood draws) and administer injections (Testosterone, B12, vitamins, etc.)
- Record patient vitals and maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Assist providers with men’s health and wellness procedures (training provided)
- Perform shockwave treatments
- Manage lab operations and compliance requirements
- Greet patients, schedule appointments, and answer phones with a professional, positive attitude
