About The Position

Conceptions Reproductive Associates, part of the IVIRMA North America Network, is seeking a passionate and motivated Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join their team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support individuals and couples on their path to parenthood while working alongside fertility specialists. The role involves providing compassionate, patient-centered care in the rapidly growing field of reproductive medicine. Employees will gain specialized experience and expand clinical skills through hands-on patient care and procedural support in a collaborative and supportive culture.

Requirements

• 6+ months of Medical Assistant experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting
• Excellent interpersonal and patient-service skills
• Ability to work occasional weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a Certified Medical Assistant Program
• Completion of a Phlebotomy Program
• 1+ year of phlebotomy experience, or willingness to learn
• Experience in fertility, reproductive medicine, OB/GYN, women's health, or a related specialty
• Experience assisting with clinical procedures
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam and procedure rooms for patient visits and treatments
• Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient care and clinical procedures
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection
• Process specimens for in-house and reference laboratories
• Obtain and document patient information accurately
• Ensure equipment, supplies, and treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Maintain clinical inventory and supply levels
• Follow established clinical protocols and safety standards
• Support patients throughout their fertility treatment journey
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support before, during, and after procedures
• Educate patients on upcoming appointments, testing, and procedures
• Help create a welcoming and positive patient experience
• Serve as a trusted resource for patients during an important chapter of their lives
