About The Position
This role is for a Medical Assistant specializing in Pediatrics. The position requires a Medical Assistant Diploma from a DAPIP accredited program and a BLS certification (AHA or ARC only). A High School/GED is the minimum education requirement. The role involves outpatient experience, with specific experience in Well Child Checks, Pediatric blood draws, and knowledge of the Pediatric vaccination schedule being strongly preferred. Experience with EPIC is also required.
Requirements
- 1 year of outpatient experience
- Medical Assistant Diploma from a DAPIP accredited program
- BLS (AHA or ARC only) certification
- High School/GED education
- EPIC experience required
- Pediatric experience required
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Perform duties related to Well Child Checks.
- Conduct Pediatric blood draws.
- Administer Pediatric vaccinations according to the schedule.
- Float to other HHP clinics in Pasadena/Arcadia as needed.
