About The Position
The Medical Assistant/Patient Representative will be able to provide healthcare services to individuals as instructed by the Physician or APP. The Medical Assistant will perform routine clinical procedures, participate in patient education, enter appropriate documentation into patients’ health records, and perform all other duties as assigned within the scope of their certification. Inclement Weather Status Required to report. Job Purpose: To provide healthcare services to patients under the instruction of the Physician or APPs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program
- National/Registered Medical Assistant Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, American Heart Association
- Minimum 2 years of professional Medical Assistant experience in a practice

- Experience in a practice is preferred.
Responsibilities
