Support the care team by performing clinical and administrative tasks that are vital to patient care. Operating within a state-of-the-art facility equipped with dedicated EP laboratories and hybrid procedure suites, our highly collaborative team unites board-certified electrophysiologists, advanced practice providers, fellow device nurses, and dedicated cardiac technicians to deliver seamless, top-tier continuity of care. In this fast-paced, outpatient clinic environment, you will serve as a vital clinical expert, patient educator, and liaison—blending clinical technical mastery with compassionate, patient-centered care to significantly improve outcomes for complex arrhythmia patients across the region. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must have a medical assistant diploma or 2 years of medical assistant experience or be a certified MA with 2 years of medical assistant experience, to qualify.
Nice To Haves
- Phlebotomy skills are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
- Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
- Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
- Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
- Perform lab-related tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
- Partner with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
