Requirements

  • Completion of accredited Medical Assistant, LPN or RN program.
  • Active or interim Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C), LPN or RN licensure through the Washington State Department of Health.
  • Acquire and maintain BLS certification as per FCN BLS policy.
  • Employees are required to meet immunization standards in accordance with federal, state, and organizational health and safety guidelines, as applicable to the role.
  • A simple process is in place for employees to request exemptions for medical or religious reasons.

  • Previous medical office and/or phone triage experience is a plus.
