About The Position

Seeking Medical Assistants and LPNs to support patient care and clinic operations. The role involves both clinical and administrative responsibilities while working collaboratively with providers and the healthcare team.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED – Required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES/CAAHEP) or qualifying RMA program – Required.
• Current BLS certification – Required.
• Active Minnesota LPN/PN license – Required (for LPN candidates).

Nice To Haves

• Perform phlebotomy and X-ray duties when appropriately qualified.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow and assist providers with patient care.
• Room patients and perform clinical intake.
• Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed.
• Collect laboratory specimens and perform clinic lab testing.
• Provide telephone and front-desk support as needed.
• Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations.
• Perform phlebotomy and X-ray duties when appropriately qualified.
• Order and stock supplies.
• Communicate patient concerns and updates with the healthcare team.
